Hi, I’m Keith, the founder of ViaSTR — a platform dedicated to making short-term rental investing more accessible, efficient, and empowering.

My journey into STRs started when I was looking for smarter ways to grow wealth, protect my time, and diversify beyond traditional investments. Along the way, I learned about strategies that allow short-term rental investors to unlock significant financial benefits while running properties the right way.

With a growing family, I became increasingly focused on creating sustainable income streams and long-term security. I wanted a roadmap that combined real-world experience with clear, actionable steps — without the confusion and scattered advice I kept running into.

From Tech Sales to STR Strategy

I’ve spent over 15 years building and delivering complex solutions in the technology services world — across product development, customer success, sales engineering, and strategic planning for enterprise clients. I’m Pragmatic Marketing Certified, hold a certification in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan, and have a background in automation, data analysis, and process optimization.

Even with that foundation, getting started in STRs wasn’t simple. The information was scattered, and the learning curve was steep. That challenge became the spark for ViaSTR.
